Support Engineer
Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Examining, analyzing & troubleshooting various backend and front-end technical issues
  • Working in a global B2B2C start-up environment, with customers and partners from all around the globe
  • Leading training sessions for customers/partners
  • Work side by side with Technical Account Managers and consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Escalating issues to R&D and collecting any information required to assist with resolving those issues

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a support engineer - mandatory
  • Knowledge working with Linux OS - mandatory
  • Experience in a startup environment- mandatory
  • Experience in scripting, debugging - advantage
  • Experience in testing embedded/multi-disciplinary systems – advantage
  • Experience in IT or Networking– advantage

QA Engineer
Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze systems to identify potential quality issues that could affect Applications
  • Working closely with our developers and product managers on mapping new features and preparing the verification process
  • Taking part in and leading the team’s work in the office and in the field
  • Defining and writing test procedures and scenarios documents        
  • Conducting testing procedures 
  • Perform the role of quality gate keeper for each release to ensure versions meets the standards defined by the company

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software and systems QA experience – mandatory 
  • Experience in a startup environment – mandatory
  • Experience in testing complex (HW & SW) systems – mandatory
  • Experience in testing embedded/multi-disciplinary systems – an advantage
  • Experience working in cloud environment – an advantage
  • Experience working with Linux OS – an advantage
  • Experience in IT or DevOps – an advantage
  • Experience in testing automation – an advantage
  • Experience with QA tools – an advantage
